The museum opened in September 2008 and is accommodated above the harbor of Adamanta, in the building of old Community of island. It was created by the efforts of doctor Petros Armeni to assemble crowd of exhibits relative with the naval activity in Milos. The exhibits begin from the prehistoric season, advance in the naval battle of Salamine and lead to the newer years.
In the Naval Museum you have the occasion to see also infrequent charts, from the hands of special cartographers, and the been famous woodboat “Peace”.
